My sister, who often picks up coughs when traveling, shared this. It is the only cough drug that I can say really works. I only want to know if there are any contraindications. Wish I could find more in the US.

FABULOUS. I always get terrible sore throats when I have a cold, and NOTHING works. And then I got this in Curacao one year and it worked like a DREAM. Iwish I could get more. I'm begging for more!

I also was in Switzerland on vacation and got a cold. I only wish I would have bought more Mebucaine and the cough syrup they gave me. They are the only two products that have ever worked amazingly well. I sure wish they could be bought online!

When in Switserland, I purchased Mebucanine. Not only did I get rid of my sore throat, it also relieved my cough which bothers me for years. I wished, I could buy it here in the States.

It really opened up my airways so that i was able to breathe. It numbs my throat and it is the best lozenge i have ever had.

While in Hungary a store clerk recommended Mebucaine for my sore throat. It was terrific. I'd buy more in a heartbeat.

Had to get something for sore throat and cough while in Switzerland - pharmacy suggested Mebucaine and it worked great! We brought it back to the US and are still using it to help when the same symptoms arrise.
