Wirkstoff : Interferon alfa-2a ( biosynthetisch hergestellt unter Anwendung von DNA-Rekombinationstechnologie). Interferon alfa-2a ist das Produkt eines klonierten Interferongens aus menschlichen Leukozyten, das in E. coli eingebracht und dort exprimiert wird ( gentechnologisch hergestellt unter Verwendung von E-coli-Zellen) .
Hilfsstoffe : 1 Fertigspritze enthält: natrii chloridum ; ammonii acetas ; polysorbatum 80 (aus gentechnisch verändertem Mais hergestellt) ; conserv .: alcohol benzylicus 5,0 mg; aqua ad iniectabilia q.s . ad solutionem pro 0,5 ml.
