• -Akutes Koronarsyndrom ohne ST-Streckenhebung: Clopidogrel Zentiva-Behandlung mit einer Ladedosis von 300 mg beginnen (1 Tablette zu 300 mg oder 4 Tabletten à 75 mg) und dann langfristig mit 1 Tablette à 75 mg einmal täglich fortsetzen (in Kombination mit täglich 75–325 mg ASS).
