1000 ml Lösung enthalten:
Calciumchlorid-Dihydrat 0,220 g, Magnesiumchlorid-Hexahydrat 0,406 g, Kaliumchlorid 0,900 g, Natriumchlorid 4,800 g, Natriumlactat 60% m/m 9,14 g.
Wasser für Injektionszwecke ad 1000 ml.
Elektrolyte: Na +  131 mmol/l, K +  12,1 mmol/l, Ca 2+  1,5 mmol/l, Mg 2+  2,0 mmol/l, Cl -  101,2 mmol/l, Lactat 48,9 mmol/l.

Serofusin G
Gleiche Zusammensetzung wie Serofusin, jedoch zusätzlich:
Glucose-Monohydrat 55 (entspr. wasserfreier Glucose 50 g).
Energiegehalt (Glucose): 840 kJ/l (200 kcal/l).
