Überdosierung

Ototoxische (Taubheit) und hepatotoxische (Transaminasen- und Bilirubin-Erhöhung im Serum, Ikterus) Symptome. Gegebenenfalls Magenspülung. Hämodialyse oder Peritonealdialyse sind nicht wirksam. Die Symptome sind meist reversibel. Ein spezifisches Antidot ist nicht bekannt.
