Filmüberzug: Hydroxypropylcellulose, Celluloseacetat, Macrogol 4000, Hypromellose, Titandioxid (E171), Talkum, Propylenglycol, gelbes Eisenoxid (E172) (nur für die Stärke 6 mg), rotes Eisenoxid (E172) (nur für die Stärke 9 mg).
Tinte: Schellack, schwarzes Eisenoxid (E172), Propylenglycol.
Paliperidon-Mepha retard enthalten 15.75 mg Natrium pro 3 mg, 6 mg oder 9 mg Retardtablette.
