1 Patrone enthält Somatropin (rekombinant hergestellt) als Pulver zu 6 mg, 12 mg bzw 24 mg.
Nach Zubereitung von Humatrope 6 mg beträgt die Konzentration 2,08 mg Somatropin pro ml Lösung.
Nach Zubereitung von Humatrope 12 mg beträgt die Konzentration 4,17 mg Somatropin pro ml Lösung.
Nach Zubereitung von Humatrope 24 mg beträgt die Konzentration 8,33 mg Somatropin pro ml Lösung.
Hilfsstoffe
Pulver (in Patrone)
Mannitol, Glycin, Natriummonohydrogenphosphat-Heptahydrat, Phosphorsäure (zur pH-Einstellung), Natriumhydroxid (zur pH-Einstellung)
Lösungsmittel (in Fertigspritze)
Die Lösungsmittelspritze enthält Wasser zur Injektion, Metacresol, Salzsäure (zur pH-Einstellung), Natriumhydroxid (zur pH-Einstellung) sowie Glycerol.
