Wirkstoffe
Diaphin 5g i.v. Pulver zur Herstellung einer Injektionslösung:
Diamorphinhydrochlorid-Monohydrat in Form eines gefriergetrockneten Pulvers, das vor dem Gebrauch in sterilem Wasser gelöst wird. Die Injektionslösung enthält 100mg Diamorphinhydrochlorid-Monohydrat (entsprechend 87mg Diamorphin) pro ml.
Diaphin IR 200 Tablette, Diaphin SR 200 Filmtablette:
1 Tablette/Filmtablette enthält 200mg Diamorphinhydrochlorid als Diamorphinhydrochlorid- Monohydrat (entsprechend 182mg Diamorphin).
Hilfsstoffe

Mikrokristalline Cellulose, Maisstärke, Magnesiumstearat, hochdisperses Siliciumdioxid.
Diaphin SR 200:
Tablettenkerne: Ammoniummethacrylat-Copolymer (Typ B), hydriertes Rizinusöl, Carbomer 971P, Magnesiumstearat, hochdisperses Siliciumdioxid.
Filmüberzug: Dimeticon, Siliciumdioxid-Hydrat, Macrogol 4000, Hypromellose, Mikrokristalline Cellulose, Eisenoxid (E172), Ammoniummethacrylat-Copolymer (Typ A).
