1 Lutschpastille enthält 10,5 mg des Wirkstoffes Dextromethorphanhydrobromid (entspricht Dextromethorphan 7.7 mg), die Aromastoffe: Vanillin und andere, den Farbstoff Chinolingelb (E 104), die Süssstoffe Cyclamat und Saccharin, sowie weitere Hilfsstoffe.
