Der Wirkstoff von Duloxetin Actavis ist Duloxetin. Jede magensaftresistente Hartkapsel enthält 30 mg bzw. 60 mg Duloxetin als Duloxetinhydrochlorid, den Farbstoff E133 (nur magensaftresistente Hartkapsel 30 mg), Saccharose sowie weitere Hilfsstoffe.
