NEXPOVIO enthält die Hilfsstoffe mikrokristalline Cellulose (E460i), Croscarmellose-Natrium (E468), Povidon K30 (E1201), hochdisperses Siliciumdioxid (E551), Magnesiumstearat (E470b) und Natriumdodecylsulfat (E514i). Die Bestandteile des Filmüberzugs sind Talkum (E553b), Poly(vinylalkohol) teilhydrolysiert (E1203), Glycerylmonostearat (E471), Polysorbat 80 (E433), Titandioxid (E171), Macrogol 3350 (E1521), Indigotin (E132) und Brillantblau-FCF (E133).
NEXPOVIO Filmtabletten sind blau und rund mit der Prägung «K20» auf einer Seite.
