Dosis 2 (Beutel A und Beutel B) enthält:
Beutel A
·40 g Macrogol 3350
·3,2 g Natriumchlorid
·1,2 g Kaliumchlorid
Beutel B
·48,11 g Natriumascorbat
·7,54 g Ascorbinsäure
Die 500 ml-Lösung der Dosis 2 (zubereitet aus Beutel A und B) weist folgende Elektrolytkonzentrationen auf:
·Natrium: 297,6 mmol/500 ml
·Ascorbat: 285,7 mmol/500 ml
·Chlorid: 70,9 mmol/500 ml
·Kalium: 16,1 mmol/500 ml
