Robinul ist mit folgenden, in der Anästhesie häufig verwendeten Substanzen galenisch kompatibel: Butorphanol, Lorazepam, Droperidol, Fentanyl, Levorphanol, Pethidin, Morphin, Neostigmin, Promethazin und Pyridostigmin.
Robinul ist hingegen mit folgenden, in der Anästhesie häufig verwendeten Substanzen galenisch nicht kompatibel: Diazepam, Dimenhydrinat, Methohexital, Pentazocin, Pentobarbital und Thiopental-Na.
