Tablettenüberzug: Lactose-Monohydrat, Hypromellose, Titandioxid, Macrogol, gelbes Eisenoxid (E172), rotes Eisenoxid (E172) und schwarzes Eisenoxid (E172).
Eine Filmtablette Naltrexin enthält 126,8 mg Lactose-Monohydrat.
