Galsulfase ist eine rekombinante Form der humanen N-Acetylgalaktosamin-4-Sulfatsulfatase und wird mittels rekombinanter DNA-Technologie aus Säugetierzelllinien des Chinesischen Hamsterovars (CHO) gewonnen.
