Der Wirkstoff von ILARIS ist Canakinumab (aus rekombinanten Sp2/0-Zellen hergestellt). Eine Durchstechflasche enthält 150 mg Canakinumab.
Die Hilfsstoffe in der Injektionslösung sind: Mannitol, L-Histidin, L-Histidin-HCl-Monohydrat, Polysorbat 80., Wasser zum Injektionszweck.
