Was ist in Sogroya enthalten?

Sogroya ist eine klare bis leicht schimmernde, farblose bis leicht gelbliche Injektionslösung ohne sichtbare Partikel in einem Fertigpen. Jeder Pen enthält 1.5 ml Lösung.
Wirkstoffe
Der Wirkstoff ist Somapacitan (gentechnologisch in E.coli-Bakterien hergestellt).
Sogroya 5 mg/1.5 ml
1 Fertigpen enthält 5 mg Somapacitan in 1.5 ml Injektionslösung bzw. 3.3 mg/ml.
Sogroya 10 mg/1.5 ml
1 Fertigpen enthält 10 mg Somapacitan in 1.5 ml Injektionslösung bzw. 6.7 mg/ml.
Sogroya 15 mg/1.5 ml
1 Fertigpen enthält 15 mg Somapacitan in 1.5 ml Injektionslösung bzw. 10 mg/ml.
Hilfsstoffe
Histidin, Mannitol (E 421), Poloxamer 188, Phenol, Wasser für Injektionszwecke, Salzsäure (zur Einstellung des pH-Werts), Natriumhydroxid (zur Einstellung des pH-Werts).
