Kapselinhalt in Joghurt, Apfelmus oder Marmelade einrühren oder in 30 ml Wasser aufschwemmen und sofort einnehmen. Die in den Kapseln enthaltenen Pellets dürfen nicht gekaut, zerdrückt oder aufgelöst werden. Um sicher zu sein, dass alle Pellets geschluckt wurden, Mund und Glas mit Wasser nachspülen.
