Irinotecani hydrochloridum trihydricum.
Excipients
Sorbitolum (45 mg/ml), acidum lacticum, natrii hydroxidum (q.s. ad pH), acidum hydrochloricum (q.s. ad pH), aqua ad iniectabile q.s. ad solutionem.
La solution injectable contient 45 mg de sorbitol (E 420) pour 1 ml de solution, ce qui correspond à 45 mg/ml.
Teneur totale en sorbitol: 90 mg par flacon de 2 ml, 225 mg par flacon de 5 ml, 675 mg par flacon de 15 ml.
