| | R02A - Throat Preparations | Throat preparations and mouth preparations are classified in the groups R02 and A01 according to assumed main therapeutic use. Preparations used in common minor infections of mouth and throat are classified in R02, while preparations used in gingivitis, stomatitis etc. are classified in A01 - Stomatological preparations.
Preparations for the treatment of symptoms both in mouth and throat are classified in R02 - Throat preparations.
| The DDDs are based on the treatment of common minor infections of mouth and throat. For combination products, DDDs are given as fixed doses of 6 UD (6 tablets).
