Halaven est indiqué en monothérapie dans
- le traitement du cancer du sein HER2 négatif localement avancé ou métastatique après échec d'une chimiothérapie au stade avancé. Les patients doivent avoir reçu auparavant une anthracycline et un taxane à moins que ce traitement ne soit pas approprié.
- le traitement du liposarcome inopérable en progression après une chimiothérapie, au stade avancé ou métastatique chez l’adulte. Les patients doivent avoir reçu auparavant deux chimiothérapies, dont une chimiothérapie contenant une anthracycline, à moins que ce traitement ne soit pas approprié.
