Daratumumab ist ein humaner monoklonaler Immunglobulin-G1-Kappa (IgG1κ)-Antikörper gegen CD38-Antigen, produziert in einer Säugetier-Zelllinie (Chinese Hamster Ovary [CHO]) unter Verwendung von rekombinanter DNA-Technologie.
Hilfsstoffe
Rekombinante humane Hyaluronidase (rHuPH20), L-Histidin, L-Histidinhydrochlorid Monohydrat, Sorbitol, L-Methionin, Polysorbat 20, Wasser für Injektionszwecke.
Dieses Arzneimittel enthält 735,1 mg Sorbitol (E 420) pro 15 ml Durchstechflasche.
