Irinotécan (sucrosofate d'irinotécan).
Excipients
Lipides formant les liposomes: 1,2-distéaroyl-sn-glycéro-3-phosphocholine (DSPC), cholestérol, N-(carbonyl-méthoxypolyéthylène-glycol-2000)-1,2-distéaroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (MPEG-2000-DSPE).
Autres excipients: tampon d'acide 2-[4-(2-hydroxyéthyl)-1-pipérazine] éthane sulfonique (tampon HEPES), chlorure de sodium, eau pour préparations injectables. Contient au maximum 3,31 mg/ml de sodium.
